Too many photogs are using too much fill to compensate for their sloppy lighting and posing. Shadows are what provide dimensionality and sculpt the face and body, not light per se. Everytime you fill, or over fill, shadows you are reducing this dimensionality and creating a 2D image instead of a 3D image. Use fill very judiciously, and always ask yourself whether the model at hand really needs much fill. Nicole does not need much fill at all.</description>

		<description>&lt;b&gt;Nevermind, I think ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; Nevermind, I think it was actually the flash you used that made the lighting off balance.  I think her portrait would have come out better with the warm, pinkish lighting you had in the studio, before your flash caused the different balance of lighting.</description>
